Q - Where do I purchase a security gate opener (clicker)? What if my opener isn't working? If you are a new resident and have been given gate openers from the previous resident, please remove the remote from the grey sun visor clip. On the back of the remote is a 5 digit remote ID number (example: 00000 or 00516 or 00123). Please furnish Bill with the number of gate openers you have and their ID numbers. In order for the security gate system to work properly, he will need all new resident’s names, telephone number, street address, and most importantly, the name of the prior resident. If you have a gate opener that does not work, or does not work well, the batteries may need to be replaced. New batteries can be purchased at CVS, Wal-Mart or Walgreen’s. These remotes use one “Duracell MN21/23 12 volt 3LR50” or equivalent battery. If your gate opener is lost or stolen, please report the incident to Bill as soon as possible so the remote can be removed from the computer system for security reasons. Q - Can I program my car’s built-in opener to operate the security gate? Q - How do you operate the security gate when you get a call from the "Call Box" ? Q - I have several guests coming after the gates are normally closed, how do they get in? |
